This is hands down the absolute best mechanic shop I have EVER been to!! From here on out, this is my choice for any future repairs or anything else I need for my Jeep! The most awesome, honest, and genuinely good people! The service was top notch and extremely fast. And best pricing! I had been recommended to them by a few people and I live in a whole other parish, so apparently their reputation is stellar. I figured it would take a lot longer to get me in, but nope. Got in fast and my Jeep was ready the very next day! I can’t thank you enough, Ratchet Garage!

Can’t say enough good things about Ratchet. They are top notch. Brought my jeep in for 4.5” Metal Cloak lift, regear, tires, lockers, bumper, winch, and lighting. Fixed my death wobble also. I can drive 80 on interstate with no problem. Would highly recommend to anybody who wants it done right the first time.

Joe is not pushy but very knowledgeable on the off road builds, rebuild, repairs, modifications and can meet all of your ideas and goals for your offroad needs. Down right best group of people. Told me to try something on my dodge to see if it fixes itself before bringing in. Their more concerned about helping than money. They could have easily told me to bring in then do what I did that took 15 minutes then charged lord knows how much. My next upgrades are going to be by them. Top notch!!!!
